We are seeking a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing group practice in Tyler, Texas. Role Overview Schedule: 5 days a week within Monday to Friday Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis Prescribe and manage medications Ensure timely and accurate documentation Requirements Hold a valid full PMHNP license Active TX license Active DEA preferred but not required Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required Compensation Expected compensation is estimated range of $153,000 to $181,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
