You’ll be:Assisting the financial systems team to ensure systems are effective, efficient, and aligned with finance needs.Analyzing, implementing, maintaining, and training teams on finance and accounting systems across multiple brands.Developing a strong knowledge of accounting functions, requirements, and controls.Documenting requirements, standards, controls, and system expectations.Evaluating existing financial systems for improvements and recommending solutions to enhance processes, functionality, efficiency, security, and controls.Managing system conversions and upgrades for Accounting and Finance teams, including user acceptance testing and project management support.Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving common systems issues while prioritizing fixes and enhancements.Leading and enhancing training for Accounting and Finance teams on financial systems.Partnering with technology, data governance, and reporting teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have experience with accounting, accounting system implementation, and business communications (Must Have).Possess strong analytical, independent work, and continuous improvement skills.Have experience with ad hoc testing and agile testing methodologies.Preferably have audit, business objects reporting, Jira, or SAP HANA experience (Nice to Have).Have a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Are detail-oriented and focused on accuracy and completeness of accounting controls.What happens nextOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
