HR Coordinator
Job Title: HR Coordinator Location: Lincoln, NE (100% Onsite) Duration: 6 months (Contract) Pay Rate: $20 - $28.00 per hour on W2 Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM Job Description We are accepting candidates who are more early in their career versus tenured HR reps. Office Interviews: 1st Screen with HG, 2nd Screen with SE Team. The ideal candidate to be considered for hire should be one who is a go-getter and takes initiative to get things done. The HR Coordinator works in partnership with the local HRBP and management team on supporting the HR processes including recruitment and onboarding. Responsibilities Manage day to day employee relations and HR related questions leveraging our internal HR Shared Service model.Facilitate HR system processes and data accuracy through local support and counsel.Lead and Support employee engagement activities.Create clear, concise & professional communication material for the HR Department including flyers, text messages, & emails.Support recruiting and onboarding activities.Lead and own administrative processes within the HR department. Must HavesBachelor's degree preferred, Associates Required.Strong leadership skills: collaboration, communication, drive for results, effective planning & prioritization.Strong PC/computer skills.Intermediate Excel skills required.Previous work in a fast paced in environment is a plus.
