Coordinate internal teams and field leadership Keep projects progressing smoothly through each phase Documentation is accurate Manage Financial PerformanceYou will own cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting. Monitor budgets and forecasts Manage change orders and cost reporting Identify risks early and address them proactively Holding the Standard with SubcontractorsYou set clear expectations, enforce commitments, and follow through. Work meets project specifications. Address challenges constructively Maintain strong, professional working relationships Managing Risk Before It Becomes a Problem Decisions are based on data, not assumptions.
