A company is looking for a Consumer Direct Loan Originator. Key ResponsibilitiesOriginate real estate loans and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources Analyze applicants' financial status and compile compliance information for loan applications Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan processRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma and commitment to ongoing job-related coursework Two years of loan originating experience with a proven ability to manage a pipeline of 10+ loan applications per month Basic computer knowledge including Encompass, Microsoft Word, and Excel Strong sales skills and basic math and accounting/bookkeeping abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
