Achieve more with VoltVolt is immediately hiring for Showroom Coordinator in Hunt Valley, MDAs a Showroom Coordinator you will:Be greeting all customers entering the showroom, including homeowners, builders, contractors, and interior designers.Be serving as the first point of contact for a high end, appointment-based showroom.Be clearly and professionally communicate the showroom's appointment policy to walk in and scheduled customers.Be managing customer sign ins, central appointment calendar, and customer job folders.Be scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating appointments for the sales team.Be answering and transferring incoming calls in a pleasant, professional manner using a multi-line phone system.Be directing calls to the appropriate associate or department; take detailed messages or transfer to voicemail when needed.Be assisting with customer questions and provide general showroom information.Be maintaining appropriate phone and front desk coverage when stepping away from the desk.Be accepting and routing incoming deliveries and perform accurate data entry and basic administrative support as needed.Be navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously while on calls.This is a full-time contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have:High school diploma3-5 years of customer service background.2 years outlook experience.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:Prior administrative or reception experience.Salesforce experience.Pay Rate:$18.00 - $20.00per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
