Do you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment?We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Team Lead to join our team at our salvage facility. The Assistant Team Lead will support the Facility Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety and compliance, managing staff, and optimizing the facility's performance.As an Assistant Team Lead, you will:Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customersPartner with the Facility Manager to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team membersTrain to master all aspects of delivery and unloading of donations and material handling equipmentSupport the facility with necessary activities such as inventory control, demonstrate stewardship of donated goods, and demonstrate the use of the compactor, the horizontal and both vertical balers.Preparation and delivery of huddles, supporting TLC as neededInspect work environment to identify potential safety issues.
