Position: Assembly Technician (1st Shift) Schedule: MondayThursday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM Overtime: Mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed Pay Rate: $20.50/hour Key Responsibilities Assemble components and products for concrete mixer trucks using hand and power tools Install factory and vendor-supplied parts to complete machinery Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and material specifications Perform basic shop math to ensure accurate measurements and assembly Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the assembly process Minimum Qualifications 23 years of assembly or manufacturing experience Ability to lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis Comfortable working with minimal supervision Steel-toed boots/shoes required High school diploma or GED
