Our client is a successful, professional organisation within the educational sector and is a registered charity based in the heart of Buckinghamshire. They are seeking an amazing candidate who can be the go to person for building relationships with new and established partners. They are looking for a motivated Client Relationship Coordinator to join their busy and forward thinking team. The role is a mix of desk based work and opportunities to attend external events and conferences. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to develop your account management and business development skills. The firm fully embrace hybrid working with only one day based in the office and the remainder you will be working at home unless you are attending an event. The salary for this fantastic role is up to £27,000 plus a discretionary bonus and wonderful benefits. Main responsibilities for this Client Relationship Coordinator:Act as the CRM champion and super user for the teamWith the Events team, organise and help to deliver corporate affiliate events where requiredWork closely with finance and service innovation to provide support with sending invoices and chasing payments for corporate affiliatesDeliver appropriate engagement activity to ensure retention, and identify opportunities for upgrades to corporate partner levelWork with the business development team to coordinate business sector development activity, including planning for events, articles, on-line sector communities and communicationOrganise and, on occasion, host corporate-exclusive webinars Skills required for this Client Relationship Coordinator:Advanced level in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
