Administrative Coordinator
Our client, a Hedge Fund based in Greenwich, CT is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support their beautiful office. This is a highly visible position, mainly responsible for receptionist duties, kitchen and lunch duties, keeping the office organized, answering all incoming general phone calls and providing administrative support as needed. This individual will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.JOB DETAILS Company: Hedge FundPosition: Administrative CoordinatorLocation: Greenwich, CT area - fully onsiteHours: 8:00am-5:00pmDegree RequiredSalary:$75k-$95k base DOE, plus bonus eligible and great benefits!ResponsibilitiesGreet guests at the front deskManage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.Coordinate scheduling, meeting room logistics, and visitor protocols.Prepare and reset conference rooms after meetingsOrder general office supplies as needed; keep office supply rooms neat and organizedSort and distribute mailAssist with event preparation and support for onsite meetingsServe as a liaison between vendors, building management, and facilities teams.Performs miscellaneous office administrative duties as requestedRequirements:Bachelor’s degree preferred.2+ years of administrative experienceHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with travel and expense management toolsAbility to remain composed and resourceful in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.High attention to detailExcellent organization, time management and follow-through skills requiredAble to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAble to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
