Landscape Account Manager

Job Title: Landscape Account Manager Job Responsibilities: Oversee all operations in the Residential Maintenance Division Perform personnel-related activities such as evaluating staff performance, appropriate training and development needs, and taking disciplinary actions when performance problems occur. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Increase customer density in assigned sales territory. Attend site visits with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met. Understand all product lines including: Mowing Turf Maintenance Installation Irrigation Proactively educate clients about opportunities to improve their landscape or correct problems using the company’s products and services. Identify diseases and pests affecting landscaping and order appropriate treatments. Seek opportunities to cross-sell products to your existing clients. Be the single point of contact and lead the resolution of client concerns across operating groups. Work with the Sales Manager to obtain a customer retention rate of 80% Submit proposals with job budgets that are in line with company profitability standards and realistic targets for operating groups to meet. Maintain accurate client data in the system of record. Participate in community events or business networking groups periodically as a representative. Keep up to date on current trends and products in the Landscape Industry. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service in the landscaping industry. Aspire experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A strong work ethic and a customer-oriented attitude. A valid driver's license with no major safety incidents within the prior three years.
