Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Active Missouri or Compact license - Required Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Required 2 years of OT/COTA experience - Highly Preferred LTC or Rehab Experience - Highly Preferred Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift: Days - 5x8 Possible float to other facilities Location Highlights Saint Joseph, MO offers a range of recreational and cultural attractions.
