Roofing Repair and Applicator Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented technician to perform roof repairs and apply roof rejuvenation treatments. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, has hands-on roofing experience, and takes pride in extending the life of asphalt shingle roofs through proper inspection, repair, and treatment. Responsibilities Inspect residential and light commercial roofs to assess condition and identify repair needs Perform roof repairs including replacing damaged or missing shingles, sealing flashing, and fixing minor leaks Prepare roofs for treatment by cleaning debris and ensuring proper surface conditions Apply rejuvenation treatments according to manufacturer and company standards Safely set up and use ladders, safety harnesses, and fall protection equipment Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers and team members Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in clean and safe condition Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company procedures Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job completion details Skills Previous roofing, construction, or exterior home service experience preferred Comfortable working on pitched roofs and at heights Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred (But not required) Experience with roof rejuvenation products Knowledge of asphalt shingle roofing systems OSHA safety training or roofing certifications This role is vital in ensuring high-quality roofing solutions that meet safety standards and client expectations.
