Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities:
We are seeking an energetic and fun Behavioral Analyst to join our growing team. The Training Behavior Consultant works closely with the behavior specialists in the training, directing and implementation a behavior program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides monthly training to all behavior specialists
Reviews the child's individual goals and the procedures designed to monitor the child's progress
Completes related service procedures: treatment planning, record keeping, and progress reporting
Develops supplementary documents and/or materials relevant to treatment goals and implementation
Communicates proactively and effectively with learners, parents regarding progress and/or concerns
Provide materials relevant to learners’ strengths and needs to parents and/or instructional staff
Communicate concerns to Clinical Director
Other duties as assigned
Salary: $55- $65/hr.
Requirements:
Experience with developmentally delayed, high-risk toddlers and adolescents and providing treatment in the home environment
BCBA Certified
Experience working with parents and sensitivity to parents' needs
Ability to work independently and be a contributing team member
Strong communication skills: verbal and written. Good organizational skills
Reliable transportation
Spanish speaking a plus
Qualifications required/preferred:
Must hold a minimum of a Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or related field
BCaBA welcome to apply for this position
Valid California Driver's License
At least 5 years’ experience working in the field of Autism
At least 1 years’ experience working as a supervisor underneath a BCBA
