B2B SaaS – Pipeline & Growth FocusLocation: Europe or US (Remote / Hybrid)Reports to: Head of Marketing / CMORole OverviewWe are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to help build, execute, and continuously improve our B2B demand generation engine.This is a hands-on, execution-driven role focused on creating qualified pipeline for mid-market and enterprise sales. You will work closely with the CMO, Sales, BDRs, and RevOps to turn GTM priorities into measurable demand programs.You are comfortable running campaigns end to end, experimenting with channels and messaging, using data to optimize performance, and leveraging AI and automation to move faster and smarter.This is not a brand or communications role.Success is measured in pipeline created, conversion rates, and ROIKey ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation ExecutionExecute multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns, including:Email and marketing automationLinkedIn (organic and paid)Paid media (where relevant)Content activation (whitepapers, case studies, reports)Webinars and virtual sessions as scalable demand-generation assetsOwn campaigns end to end:Targeting and segmentationCampaign setup and activationPerformance tracking and optimizationTranslate GTM priorities defined by the CMO into concrete, executable programsFunnel & Pipeline ContributionOwn key parts of the funnel from lead to sales-accepted pipelinePartner closely with Sales and BDR teams to:Support outbound and account-based motionsImprove lead quality, conversion rates, and velocityIdentify funnel bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvementsAI, Automation & ExperimentationUse AI and automation to:Improve targeting, segmentation, and personalizationAccelerate content creation and campaign executionOptimize campaign performanceExperiment with new channels, tools, and approaches in a pragmatic wayDocument learnings and scale what worksMarketing Technology & PerformanceOperate and continuously improve the marketing stack in collaboration with RevOps:CRM and marketing automationEnrichment, intent, and analytics toolsEnsure clean execution, reliable attribution, and actionable reportingBuild campaign-level insights for the CMO and marketing leadershipProfile & ExperienceRequired4–7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketingStrong hands-on experience running multi-channel campaignsComfortable working with data, metrics, and performance dashboardsExperience collaborating closely with Sales and/or BDR teamsFamiliarity with modern marketing tools and automation platformsCurious, experimental mindset with a strong execution biasNice to HaveExperience in B2B SaaS with mid-market or enterprise sales cyclesExposure to ABM or account-based motionsExperience using AI tools in marketing executionExperience in fast-growing or PE-backed environmentsLight exposure to product messaging or GTM positioningWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent, measurable pipeline contribution from demand-generation programsImproved conversion rates across key funnel stagesFaster experimentation cycles with increasing impact over timeStrong alignment and credibility with Sales and BDR teamsClear visibility into what works — and whyWhy This RoleDirect impact on revenue and company growthClose collaboration with a senior CMO owning Demand Gen, ABM, and Product MarketingExposure to modern, AI-enabled B2B marketing practicesOpportunity to grow into a senior role as the team scalesJ-18808-Ljbffr
