This role sits at the intersection of analytics and operations, driving global revenue and subscriber growth. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytically minded operator who thrives in fast-moving environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Analysis: Analyze promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives by building trackers, synthesizing results, and surfacing actionable insights.Reporting: Develop structured readouts and reports that translate complex data into digestible narratives for stakeholders at all levels.Metrics Visibility: Provide ongoing updates on core business metrics in regular "run-the-business" (RTB) meetings.Business Case Development: Support project approval requests by leveraging data to quantify opportunities and investment sizing.Operational Management: Manage workstreams including event tracking oversight, long-term trend monitoring, calendar communications, and deadline management.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation & Experience: BS/BA with 3-6 years of experience in finance, analytics, marketing operations, or business operations (SaaS or e-commerce environment preferred).Data Analysis: Strong analytical instincts with the ability to work with structured and unstructured data.Visualization Tools: Experience building trackers, dashboards, or reporting frameworks using tools like Claude, Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalents.SQL: Proficiency in SQL for ad hoc data extraction and analysis of large datasets across multiple sources.Web Analytics: Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics experience is a plus).Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to present findings to cross-functional partners and leadership.Soft Skills: Highly organized, operationally rigorous, self-starter, and collaborative.
