Join Wilo and support two growing operations within the Wilo Region Americas organization - American-Marsh Pumps and QuantumFlo. We are seeking a strategic and operationally focused Controller to lead financial operations, manufacturing accounting, reporting, controls, forecasting, and business partnership initiatives across both facilities. This role is highly visible within the organization and serves as a key partner to Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership. What You'll Do Financial Leadership & Business PartnershipLead all accounting and financial reporting activities for AMP and QuantumFlo operationsDrive monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timelinessPrepare executive-level financial reporting packages, dashboards, variance analysis, and operational KPI reportingSupport strategic planning through budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial analysisPartner directly with plant leadership to improve operational performance and profitabilityPresent financial results, trends, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership Manufacturing & Cost AccountingLead all plant accounting and manufacturing finance activities, including:Inventory valuationStandard costingManufacturing variancesLabor and overhead analysisMargin analysisCycle counts and inventory controlsDevelop financial visibility into quoting, production efficiency, inventory management, and product costingSupport ERP optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operationsMonitor working capital performance, inventory turns, and cash flow initiatives Controls, Compliance & Process ImprovementEnsure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, company policies, and audit requirementsCoordinate internal and external auditsDevelop and maintain accounting policies and process documentationSupport operational transformation, process improvements, and business integration initiativesDrive a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredMBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred7-10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong background in:Manufacturing accountingCost accountingInventory managementForecasting and budgetingFinancial analysisERP systemsMulti-site manufacturing experience preferredSAP experience strongly preferred Preferred CompetenciesManufacturing KPI development and reportingLean manufacturing finance supportStandard costing methodologiesInventory control and cycle count managementAcquisition integration supportCross-functional leadershipStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate financial data into operational insight and business decisions Why Join Wilo?
