Bonus eligibility is as follows: $200 bonus if one of the above requirements is met within 1 week of completing orientation $100 bonus if one of the above requirements is met within 2 weeks of completing orientation All bonuses are payable 60 days after orientation, provided the employee remains actively employed at that time. Suitable evidence of completion of paraprofessional training can be a BACB training course certificate, training log signed by a supervising QAS provider.
