Learning and Development ManagerOur client, a hedge fund located in NYC is seeking an Employee Experience and Engagement (Learning & Development) Manager to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in L&D, who can design and facilitate content, with a passion for driving employee growth in a fast-paced environment. The main responsibility will be to manage and deliver impactful learning programs to support the development of employees at all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram ManagementManage the end-to-end delivery of regional offerings, including planning, scheduling, logistics and evaluationCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of training initiativesTrack program metrics to measure effectiveness, impact and as well as identifying areas for improvement.Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for learning initiativesProgram FacilitationExperienced with hosting and facilitating regional sessions; briefing speakers, hosting programs, and facilitating and conducting learning workshopsProficiency in designing workshopsAble to localize learning content and materials to ensure relevance for the region while maintaining global standardsStakeholder CollaborationBuild strong relationships with internal teams to align learning initiatives and business goalsAct as a point of contact for employees seeking learning opportunities and career developmentSupport and advise department leaders within the regionMeasurement and AnalysisManage course registrations, attendance, and report on program outcomesCompile data and analytics to assess the impact of learning programsProvide general administrative supportQualifications:Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in learning and development, program management, or a related field of experienceSelf-directed, solution orientated and organized problem solverOutstanding oral and written communication skillsStrong program management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills working collaboratively across a global team of colleaguesSalary Range: 160-250K base depending on experienceWork Environment: 5 days in office
