Oversee office operations while supervising and developing staff.Organizational Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesRetain and expand current customer relationshipsOpen new accounts, perform account maintenance, process and close loansConsultative Selling - Engage existing clients and prospects to uncover needs and offer solutionsPerform Service Associate duties as required, such as, processing deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, balancing a cash drawer and processing teller work through image captureResponsible for team building & motivation – Track results vs. goals, conduct weekly team meetings and coach employees Supervise branch personnel – Responsible for performance appraisals, employee development, disciplinary actions and schedulingLead, exemplify and coach to 212º commitment to serviceAssist with business development by preparing for and participating in business calling activities, networking, and community involvement.Remain up to date with changes in bank operational policies and procedures to ensure staff compliance while making recommendations to improve efficiencyOther FunctionsResponsible for customer relations including complaints and inquiriesResponsible for office operational processesRepresent the bank at community functionsOther functions as requiredWorking ConditionsMay work in an office, at a desk in a branch lobby and/or at a teller station when neededMinimum Job RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required – BS/BA business related field preferredExperienceGraduate of Management Training Program or3+ years of retail banking experience1+ years of lending experienceSpecific SkillsComputer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.Ability to work in team environment and motivate othersProven supervisory experience helpfulProfessional appearance and demeanorGood communication skills – both written and verbalOrganizational skills and time managementAbility to adapt to a changing environmentDemonstrate active listening skillsPractical application of policies and proceduresAbility to coordinate actions in relation to the actions of othersAbility to foresee problems and develop solutionsSupervisory Responsibility: Will supervise and develop staffPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
