The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in defining ideas and a mission, and possible strategic direction of the company. Responsibilities include driving a portfolio that u inlcudes one of the only companies that has endless supply of modular complex sub-engines and a new era match-making system for anything digital. Yes you read that right ], Modular engines and matchmaking for anything involving digital collections. A business strategy, leading marketing and sales initiatives, performing market and industry research, and fostering internal and external communication. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with stakeholders, mentor team members, and contribute to the company’s growth and long-term success.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data effectively to drive insights and strategiesExceptional Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, team collaboration, and public relationsProven experience in Sales and a track record of achieving business targetsExpertise in Marketing, including branding, campaign development, and market positioningStrong Research skills to identify market trends, competitors, and business opportunitiesLeadership experience and the ability to mentor and inspire team membersPrevious entrepreneurial experience or business ownership is a plusDegree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
