You’ll wear many hats, be empowered early on, and have opportunities for fast growth in a fun, energetic environment. Responsibilities: Lead a small team (2-4 people per shift). Deliver high-quality drinks and exceptional guest experiences. Collaborate with leadership to drive sales and profitability. You can lead a fun, motivated team and stay calm under pressure. You’re flexible with hours, including nights and weekends. Requirements: 1+ years of shift supervisor/management experience (preferred). Ability to motivate and coach a team. ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain). Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Pay: Starting at $18/hour + tips (average $2-4per hour). Ready to Join Us?
