The RoleThis role is active, hands-on, and leadership-driven.As a Maintenance Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small crew in the field and ensuring each property is maintained to our standards. You will set the pace for the day, communicate expectations clearly, and take ownership of the final result at each site.This is not a passive role—you are expected to lead from the front. This role is best suited for someone who values high standards, consistency and long-term growth. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a small maintenance crew (2–4 team members)Set daily expectations and ensure work is completed efficiently and correctlyMaintain a high level of detail across all propertiesPerform hands-on work alongside your team (pruning, edging, bed care, etc.)Communicate with the Production Manager on progress, issues, and needsIdentify and address quality issues before leaving each propertyTrain and develop crew members on proper techniques and expectationsEnsure safe and professional operation of all equipmentQualificationsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)Previous landscape maintenance experience (leadership experience strongly preferred)Strong work ethic and ability to lead by exampleHigh attention to detail—our clients expect clean, consistent resultsAbility to work efficiently while maintaining qualityReliable, organized, and accountableWhat We’re Looking ForThis is not a “clock in and get through the day” position.We’re looking for someone who:Takes pride in the finished product—not just completing tasksHolds their crew to a high standard without cutting cornersCommunicates clearly and respectfullyWorks with urgency but never sacrifices qualityWants to grow into a larger leadership role over timeScheduleFull-time, Monday–Friday8–10 hour days (40–50 hours/week)Occasional Saturdays during peak seasons (spring & fall)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceOpportunity for performance-based bonusesFive paid holidays during the seasonCompany-wide holiday between Christmas & New YearPTO during the season (March–November)Flexible time off during winter monthsGrowth OpportunityThis role is a stepping stone to higher leadership within Elevate.Strong Crew Leaders will have the opportunity to grow into Production Manager-level responsibilities as the company continues to expand.To ApplyIf you take pride in your work, lead by example, and want to be part of a company focused on quality—we’d love to hear from you.
