Salesforce Tech Lead
Position OverviewThe Salesforce Tech lead is responsible for designing and implementing scalable| secure| and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.This role involves leading technical strategy and integration of Salesforce platforms across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud| Service Cloud| Marketing Cloud| Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products.Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions ensuring best practices and compliance with organizational standards.Collaborate with business stakeholders| product owners| and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Define and enforce Salesforce governance| security| and data management policies.Oversee integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs| middleware| and custom development.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.Conduct technical reviews| code reviews| and performance tuning.Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates| new features| and industry trends to recommend improvements.Manage technical risks and resolve complex technical issues.Document technical specifications| and system configurations.QualificationsProven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer with Tech lead responsibilities.Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities| including declarative and programmatic development.Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns| APIs| and middleware tools.Strong understanding of data modeling| security| and identity management in Salesforce.Experience with Salesforce Lightning| Apex| Visualforce| SOQL| and Salesforce DX.Salesforce certifications are preferred.Excellent problem-solving| communication| and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.Preferred SkillsExperience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Hands-on knowledge of Copado or similar Salesforce release management and deployment tools to streamline CICD processes.
