PCD Wire EDM Operator (SC)

Your TasksMust ensure all tooling is inspected for proper manufacturing to blueprint specifications and MAPAL standardsDemonstrated ability to follow verbal and written instructionsTool measurement and testing according to the blueprints and appropriate measurement tools such as Kelch, Zoller, etc.Produce product in accordance with job router, print and capacity in the most efficient manner. Program, set-up and operate Wire EDM machine to conform to PCD product specificationsImplement and inspect equipment maintenance according to maintenance scheduleEnsure work area and equipment are maintained, organized and clean to Mapal standardsExceed and exhibit all Mapal Inc. behaviors as defined by policy, procedure and standardsEnsure written flow charts, work instructions and/or standards for each position responsibility is consistent and accurate.
