Driving revenue growth through existing customer expansion, the full-time remote Account Executive - Customer Base will engage proactively with clients, manage complex sales cycles, and leverage internal resources to enhance service offerings.
Key responsibilitiesDrive add-on business sales into existing OSV accounts while collaborating with internal teams
Implement value-selling processes and maintain customer relationships in coordination with the Customer Success Manager
Manage and oversee contract sales initiatives while maintaining accurate customer and pipeline dataRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or relevant work experience in HR services or enterprise software
3+ years of selling experience to organizations with 1,000 or more employees
Proven expertise in understanding customer needs and effectively positioning solutions
Experience in managing complex sales cycles with a track record of successful revenue attainment
Ability to cultivate relationships with strategic partners and alliances
