Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage employee onboarding and credentialing processes from start to finishEnsure compliance with state, federal, client, and accrediting agency regulations and requirementsReview and verify background checks, criminal history reports, licenses, certifications, and onboarding documentationMaintain accurate records and databases while tracking onboarding progress and deadlinesCommunicate professionally with clients, facilities, candidates, and internal teams regarding onboarding requirements and updatesProvide excellent customer service and build strong working relationships with clients and team membersManage multiple tasks, systems, and priorities in a fast-paced environmentResearch and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory updates to ensure complianceUtilize Microsoft Office and onboarding/credentialing systems efficientlyAdapt to changing client requirements and business needs while supporting special projects as assignedDemonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and time management skillsWork independently while collaborating effectively within a team environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferredPrevious experience in onboarding, credentialing, healthcare administration, compliance, or related fields preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review and verify documentationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to multitask and manage competing priorities across multiple systems and programsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience maintaining databases and accurate recordkeeping systems preferred
