Opportunity: RN - ED ERJob Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served • Provide quality care in an efficient and safe manner consistent with unit standards • Handle emergency and crisis situations with prolonged standing and walking required • Position, push, and transfer patients or equipment requiring heavy physical effort • Demonstrate performance consistent with organizational mission, philosophy, and goals • Communicate clearly and appropriately to developmental age of patients • Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect • Required certifications: Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license, BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), TNCC or ATCN • CPI or equivalent certification preferred • Must have current knowledge and skills appropriate to patient population served • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program required • Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, infectious diseases, and x-rays • Work in clean, well-lit, ventilated smoke-free environment with varied schedulesFacility: This regional medical center serves as a comprehensive healthcare facility providing emergency and acute care services to the community.
