Mojo Vision is a Silicon Valley start-up pioneering a highly flexible, wafers-in, wafers-out micro-LED platform to unlock AI applications in multiple market segments. Mojo Vision is based in Cupertino, CA.Roles and Responsibilities:Architect leading high-speed, low-power consumption transceiver and full chip designsBe a team mentor and foster team execution excellenceLead the architecture and be a key design lead for the design team for the implementation of Mojo Vision’s massively parallel high speed communication products.Collaborate closely with our GaN device engineering team to understand implications on the LinkQualifications: MSEE or PHDEE, and 10+ years’ experience in architecture/analog/mixed signal designLeading-edge experience working with high-speed communications technology.World-class background in Digital Communications Architectures. Have a track record of involvement in multiple successful tape-outs and product rollouts.Strong understanding of digital communication channelsSolid understanding of architectures related to communication PHYs, including communication channels, FEC, protocols, specifications of analog blocks and cellsExpert in working with analog IC design tools & flows, including Virtuoso, Spice/Spectre, and Verilog A.Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, innovative, high-energy environment with challenging schedules and technologies. Preferred Skills:Recognized as an industry leader in the field of Digital CommunicationsPrior experience with data communication architectures / PHY developmentStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsPrior experience bringing communication products to mass productionSalary Range - $217K to $280K Level: Distinguished Engineer
