CORE is seeking a Project Coordinator (PC) for our Tempe office. This role supports active commercial construction projects and serves as a key liaison between the field team and project management team. The Project Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, supporting contract administration, and ensuring timely communication between office and field operations throughout the construction lifecycle.The ideal candidate has prior experience working for a General Contractor or within the construction industry and understands construction processes, documentation flow, and project timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparation, tracking, and distribution of Submittals and RFIsSupport processing and tracking of Subcontractor Change OrdersRecord and maintain fully executed subcontracts and contract documentsCreate and maintain detailed Project DirectoriesCompile and assemble Operations & Maintenance ManualsManage project closeout documentation, including submitting closeout letters and warranty information to subcontractorsMaintain organized and up-to-date electronic and hard copy project filesCoordinate documentation between field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and project managementCandidate QualificationsPrior experience in commercial construction, preferably with a General ContractorWorking knowledge of construction documentation, contract administration, and project closeout processesHigh level of integrity and a positive, team-oriented attitudeStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and/or DocuSign strongly preferredAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environmentExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyProactive problem solver with the ability to prioritize multiple projectsAssist with the setup and ongoing maintenance of the project site, including procuring site signage, materials, and necessary supplies to ensure smooth daily operationsStrong communications skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
