A company is looking for an E-Learning Developer to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality eLearning courses using authoring tools, ensuring interactivity and adherence to design standards Incorporate experiential learning principles to create immersive training assets and enhance engagement Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to assess training needs and maintain project schedules Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in courseware development projects Expert proficiency in authoring tools such as Lectora, Adobe Captivate, or Articulate Storyline Familiarity with experiential learning methodologies and 508 accessibility compliance Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
