Job SummaryAs a Case Manager, you'll oversee customer accounts, manage service requests, and ensure timely resolution of issues. You'll work closely with technicians, customer service teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality pest control services and maintain strong customer relationships.Responsibilities *Customer Service:* Manage customer accounts and service requests efficiently. Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, issues, and resolutions. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. *Case Management:* Oversee service cases from initiation to resolution. Coordinate with technicians and other teams for timely service delivery. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. *Service Coordination:* Schedule and manage service appointments. Ensure technicians have necessary information and resources. Track service progress and outcomes. *Quality Assurance:* Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions. *Collaboration:* Work with customer service, operations, and sales teams. Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
