Credit Research Analyst

A leading hedge fund is seeking a Credit Research Analyst to join its expanding team. Reporting to the Head of Trading, this hire will partner closely with the trade desk to research positions, perform credit analysis across multiple issuers, and collaborate with the portfolio management team.The ideal candidate will bring 1-3 years of experience in credit research, trading, or leveraged finance from a private equity firm, hedge fund, or investment bank. Key Responsibilities: Analyze credits and developments, manage key timelines, and support investment decision-makingMaintain ongoing oversight of portfolio positions including key terms, performance, and major developmentsBuild and leverage relationships with market participants to stay informed on evolving situationsMonitor filings and market updates to communicate relevant updates to the trade deskQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics1-3 years of experience in credit research, trading, or leveraged financeOutstanding attention to detail, collaborative, and highly organizedOpen to being in the office 5 days/weekJob #48862
