We are looking for people who enjoy helping seniors in our community. Youwill be assisting with inbound support calls. You will be utilizing salesforce to create support tickets (when needed), assisting with password resets, and providing general support in the new pay system.Qualifications1 year of customer service or customer support experience required1 year of previous call center or office background experience requiredTechnical savvy (can toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors)Previous remote work from home experience a plusPrevious Salesforce experience a plusQuick learner and able to work independentlyType 35 words per minute accuratelyStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listeningA background check applicable with state and federal laws is requiredExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEffective time-management skillsAbility to handle demanding customers while remaining calm and professionalDemonstrated ability to deliver world-class customer service consistentlyContributes to team efforts by achieving related results as neededMust be able to work independently in a remote work environmentProficiency with screen-sharing software and general office technologyResponsibilitiesPassword ResetsWill provide steps on how to reset and send reset password links to the participantsProvide General Support on the Client’s pay systemWill provide steps to help the participants navigate to the specific areas they will need to be updating.
