Front Of House Manager

Clean Eatz Lake Norman in Cornelius, NC is looking for one front-of-house manager to join our strong team. We are located on 17111 Kenton Dr 101 B. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter punctual, and hard-working. We are looking for someone with OPEN availability (morning, afternoon, evening, weekend) for around 30-35 hours per week. We are only open until 7, so you would not work any later than 7:30. We close at 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Responsibilities FOH managers are required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner. a) Heading the Front of House with cashiers to assist customers and help upsell products and supplements. b) Solicit and Book local Caterings, events, marketing partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that would benefit Clean Eatz Concord NC. c) Oversee Production of Grab N Go merchandise, ordering, and inventory. d) Training, and hiring of new staff if needed. e) Weekly Vendor Ordering and inventory if needed. f) Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee. Qualifications *At least 1 Year of prior Customer Service experience, with excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask in a quick and efficient manner without affecting the customer's experience. *Experience in a LEADERSHIP role. *A passion to help others on their lifestyle journey in leading by example. *Common knowledge of macronutrients, popular diets, and common allergens. *Easy navigation through POS technology, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Drive.
