The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in PEGA BPM / PRPC, building and supporting large-scale, customer-facing applications in high-performance environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement PEGA applications using PEGA PRPC / BPMWork on case management, workflow automation, and business process optimizationCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into PEGA solutionsIntegrate PEGA applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsProvide production support and performance tuning for PEGA applicationsParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planningEnsure solutions meet Apple-grade security, scalability, and UX standardsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with PEGA PRPC / PEGA BPMExperience in case management and decisioningPEGA Certification: CSA / CSSA / LSA (preferred)Strong understanding of PEGA rules engine and application designExperience with system integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)Agile/Scrum development experienceExcellent communication and documentation skills
