What You'll Do:Manage all daily site operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.Supervise and support direct support staff, providing guidance and training.Implement and oversee programs tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and well-being.Maintain compliance with state, federal, safety, and licensing regulations, ensuring a safe, homelike environment.Participate in individual treatment planning meetings and coordinate necessary documentation.Act as a liaison with families, guardians, external agencies, and team members to ensure coordinated care and support.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience working with individuals with disabilities.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Nice to Have Skills:Experience developing programs and training staff.Bilingual skills for serving diverse populations.Certification in crisis intervention or staff training.Knowledge of Medicaid programs and regulatory compliance.Other Requirements:Willingness to participate in rotating on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to coordinate transportation and ensure vehicle safety.Experience with budget management and conducting internal and regulatory inspections.
