Technical Program Manager

Job Summary Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in Cupertino, California.Core ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day program coordination across multiple Data Platform workstreamsPartner with engineering, product, and architecture teams to drive delivery of Databricks and Snowflake initiativesDevelop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and dependency trackingFacilitate status meetings, program reviews, and stakeholder forumsTrack risks, issues, decisions, and mitigation plans across initiativesPrepare executive-level status reporting and communications for senior leadershipCoordinate cross-functional teams across Development, Infrastructure, Security, Risk, and OperationsSupport enterprise rollout planning, adoption, and governance activitiesMonitor program health, resource utilization, and delivery timelinesDrive accountability and alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic outcomesCreate and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsIdentify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilitiesManage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scopeReview deliverables prepared by team before passing to clientApply methodology and enforces project standardsPrepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance proceduresMinimize exposure and risk on projectEnsure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriatelyDefine, plan and implement the goals and milestones associated with all application development or system projectsOversee the analysis, design, execution and support of all assigned projects, including resource planning, team selection, performance appraisals, and budgetsPerform the usage of a standardized project management methodology to guide all projects in a consistent, organized and reliable mannerRequired Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)7+ years of program or project management experience supporting technology organizationsExperience facilitating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, Product, and SecurityExperience supporting large-scale Data Platform, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology initiativesStrong risk, dependency, issue, and milestone management skillsStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Certification PMP, CPMPreferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)Databricks implementation or migration programsSnowflake platform deploymentsAzure cloud initiativesEnterprise Data & AI platformsLarge-scale technology transformation programsKey Competencies & BehaviorsExcellent executive communication and stakeholder management skillsCross Functional Team ManagementWork EnvironmentLocation: Cupertino, CaliforniaCompensation & BenefitsPay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $65.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
