Project Manager Building Envelope & Restoration (Commercial Construction)Location: Forestville, MD (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 remote) Compensation: $100K $130K base + performance bonus The OpportunityAxis Talent Group is partnered with a leading building-envelope and structural-restoration contractor in the DC market. This is a specialized, technical position focused on diagnosing, managing, and executing complex projects involving: Waterproofing systems Faade and masonry restoration Sealants/air & vapor barriers Epoxy and traffic coatings Structural concrete repair and strengthening What Youll Actually Be DoingManage multiple active restoration and envelope projects across the DC market Lead projects involving leak investigation, faade repairs, coatings, and structural fixesOwn financial performance: budgets, cost tracking, and change orders Coordinate with field crews, specialty subs, and material vendors Conduct site visits to solve real-world construction issues, not just track schedules Interface directly with GCs, consultants, and owners What Were Looking For (Non-Negotiables)3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial constructionDirect experience in at least one of the following: Building envelope systems Waterproofing/coatings Masonry or faade restoration Concrete repair or structural strengthening Why This Role Stands OutWork in a high-demand niche (restoration + envelope = recession-resistant) Join a company with consistent growth and a strong backlogGain deeper technical expertise that increases your long-term market value Clear path to increased responsibility and earnings Benefits401(k) Health, dental, vision insurance PTO Performance-based bonus structure
