Duties include adding raw materials to the product, clean up of kettles and kettle floor, requesting and storage of raw materials, and other functions the Grease Makers determine are required for the production operation.Essential FunctionsSafety- Report any and all drips ,leaks, and spills that would affect the environment Be aware of and follow all personal protective equipment requirementsReport any unsafe acts/conditionsMaintain a clean work areaQuality- Be familiar with and support the effort of implementing the quality policy and ISO9001:2015 and IATF 16949 Quality Management SystemsFollow all documented proceduresComplete necessary documentation with high level of accuracyOperational- Maintain excellent on time-attendance recordCommunicate well with grease makers, operators ,lab personnel, supervisors, etc.Additional Duties And ResponsibilitiesPerform all other related duties and assignments as requiredKnowledge, Skills , And AbilitiesMust be able to read ,write and understand English languageMust be able to perform simple mathMust be able to work as part of a team and be able to communicate his/her thoughts , needs and ideas to others, ie. Co-workers, lab personnel, supervisors, etc.Must be self-motivatedMust be able to multi-task at a fast pace.Must be able to start and complete and assigned tasks with accuracy, efficiency and safety.EDUCATION High School Diploma/ Ged or proven ability to perform JobTraining RequirementsDaily instruction through Grease MakersGeneral Safety & Hazard communication training annuallyVarious quality training as requiredPhysical Requirements/Working ConditionsAbility to lift up to 50Ibs , Including equipment such as hoses, fittings, sampling devices, tank covers, lids, and other equipment.Must be able to climb stairs, work in confused spaces, have a good balance and coordination.Must be capable of reading small numbers from meters , gauges ,etc.Must be to capable of distinguishing change in pitch on pumps ,motorsMust be able to wear a respiratorMust be capable of working in extreme temperaturesMust be willing to and able to work any shift and /or holidays & weekend, as neededMust be capable of working overtime with little notice ,as needed.Powered by JazzHR
