Technical Program Manager
Overview:
As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Snowflake, you'll define and deliver high-impact programs that span engineering, product, and business teams. You'll work hands-on with engineers and product managers to design and ship the next generation of Snowflake services, while promoting data-driven decision making and scalable execution. You mentor TPMs and engineers to raise program management standards and help accelerate the platform's growth. Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver cross-functional programs with organizational, business, and technical impact
- Provide leadership across Engineering and Product Management and ensure effective communications
- Apply data-driven technical judgment to decisions
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to build Snowflake services and apps
- Mentor TPMs and Engineering teams on program management best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve execution and engineering productivity through tools and lightweight processes
Key requirements:
- 5+ years leading medium to large engineering projects in cloud technologies
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments with competing priorities
- Experience working cross-functionally across engineering, product management, and other product lifecycle roles
- Strong program management skills with technical and business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences
