As a Technical Production Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brands to life across restaurants, menus, print, and digital channels. This is a hands-on production role for someone who loves precision, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, brand-consistent creative at scale. You’ll work with a collaborative design team while owning the technical details that make great ideas execution-ready.This is an on site position at our Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, KentuckyWhat’s On Your PlateProduce high-quality, on-brand graphic materials for print, digital, in-store marketing, and our one-stop shop platform, Marketing CentralSupport menu production from start to finish, including layout updates, data merges, proofing, file accuracy, and print-ready preparationCollaborate with design leadership and designers to execute concepts and deliver production-ready assetsPrepare, package, and release final art files to ensure flawless print and digital reproductionManage multiple projects and timelines, presenting layout options and incorporating feedback efficientlyAssist with photo and video production through editing and production supportPartner with field operators to understand restaurant needs and deliver brand-consistent design solutionsMaintain organized file systems by following standards for naming, asset management, backups, and version controlYour Recipe for SuccessBachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field3+ years of professional production design experienceRestaurant, retail, agency, or in-house experience a plusStrong command of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopSolid understanding of print production, file preparation, and proofingComfortable working independently with a proactive, detail-driven mindsetAbility to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlinesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office; web or digital design experience is a bonusIf you’re passionate about production design, love sweating the details, and want your work seen in restaurants across the country, this could be your seat at the table.Why You'll Love Your JobAs our founder Kent Taylor said, “We’re a people-first company that just happens to serve steaks.” We believe in taking care of the whole Roadie: from professional development opportunities to a robust benefits package.
