Provide technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions. Establish and maintain positive relationships with operational partners. Lead infrastructure builds in new facilities. Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise day-to-day technical support activities.What You'll Need 5+ years of experience developing a team of technical professionals. 2+ years of experience leading technology teams as an IT operations manager. Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional or military experience. Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration. Knowledge of hardware architectures.
