Senior Embedded Software Engineer

We’re seeking to connect a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with a leading defense and aerospace organization on a full-time basis. The role is onsite and located in Santa Barbara, CA. As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will join a highly skilled engineering team developing mission-critical embedded software for advanced electro-mechanical and weapon systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and integrate real-time embedded software solutionsCollaborate with systems, hardware, and integration teams to deliver high-performance systemsDebug and enhance existing embedded applicationsSupport system integration and field deployment activitiesProduce technical documentation aligned with program requirementsQualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of experience in embedded software developmentStrong proficiency in C and real-time operating systemsExperience with embedded communication protocolsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldAbility to obtain a U.S. security clearanceExpected Pay and Benefits:Competitive salary range of $111,000–$177,000Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) program and retirement benefitsIf this role is an ideal fit for you, we want to hear from you.
