We value energetic professionals who thrive on delivering exceptional customer service and staying current with industry trends.DutiesPerform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring using advanced techniques such as balayage or ombre.Provide expert consultations to recommend personalized treatments and styles aligned with clients' preferences and features.Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in compliance with health regulations.Utilize salon software to, schedule appointments, manage client records, process retail sales, and upsell products effectively.Educate clients on hair care routines, retail products, and new trends to foster loyalty and increase retail sales.Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing check-in/check-out processes, and supporting store management tasks when needed.Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, color theory, hair threading, and retail sales strategies to promote a collaborative environment.ExperienceProven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in hair styling, coloring, and extensions.Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering from an accredited program; additional training in nail care or makeup is a plus.Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.Strong communication skills to understand client needs clearly and provide professional recommendations.Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling products such as hair treatments or styling tools to enhance revenue.
