It is responsible for collaborating with the supervising therapist regarding the patient's plan of care, patient performance, response to treatment, and any other pertinent information.Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Collaborate with other health care professionals in the assessment, planning, and safe implementation of all therapy.Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do.Ensure excellent communication among residents, families, and staff.Provide clinical documentationCreate positive resident outcomes.Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.Help create a culture of superior customer service.*Please note that this Job Summary outlines the general nature and level of work to be performed.
