Insurance Solutions Lead

Our client, a fast-growing insurance software AI startup, is hiring an Insurance Solutions Lead with 5+ years of insurance brokerage experience to serve as the bridge between their sales, customer success, and product teams. You'll be a generalist account management expert who brings deep industry credibility to every customer interaction — demoing products, advising on workflows, and shaping the product roadmap from the inside.What you'll doDemo the company's AI platform to prospective and existing brokerage customers alongside AEs and CSMsServe as the in-house insurance domain expert for product discovery, roadmap input, and solution designPartner with customer success and deployment teams to drive post-sale value and industry trustTrain internal teams (Sales, CS, Engineering) on insurance-specific workflows, terminology, and best practicesWork cross-functionally with engineers and account executives — acting as the connective tissue across go-to-market, CS, and productRequirements5–7 years in insurance brokerage account management across multiple lines of coverage (must be a generalist, not hyper-niche)Currently or recently in an active brokerage AM seat — not too far removed from day-to-day brokerage operationsExperience managing other account managers, or progression from AM to producer role, strongly preferredDeep fluency in insurance workflows, terminology, and operationsArticulate, consultative communicator who can hold their own on sales calls and with technical teamsAble to deliver polished product demos to enterprise buyersCan credibly engage engineers, AEs, and CSMs cross-functionally — not just insurance peerFrom a top 300 regional broker or national broker Experience with broker technology platforms or SaaS tools
