Job DetailsUX/UI Designer 4 (Contract)Location: Remote PSTDuration: 05/29/2026 to 08/29/2026Team: AD Express US 1792-CCXJob DescriptionWhat you'll work on:This role sits at the intersection of product design and growth strategyYou will collaborate closely with product, engineering, user research, content, and design partners to create experiences that improve sign-up conversion, feature adoption, and retention while maintaining strong user experience qualityDesign high-impact growth experiences across the Adobe Express funnel including landing pages, onboarding flows, re-engagement experiences, and inline guidancePartner with growth PMs and engineers to define experiments, frame hypotheses, and launch A/B and multivariate tests focused on activation and retention improvementsTranslate user research, behavioral data, and funnel analytics into clear design decisions while balancing data-driven insights with strong UX judgmentProduce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and developer-ready specifications in Figma with detailed annotations covering states, edge cases, and accessibilityRun rapid design iterations from concept through testing and production rolloutQualificationsExpert-level Figma skills including component libraries, auto layout, interactive prototyping, developer handoff, and production-ready UI specsStrong visual design, interaction design, and end-to-end product thinkingExperience creating high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypesAbility to work independently and drive projects through deliveryStrong communication skills with the ability to present design rationale and build alignment across cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experienceCompensationPay Rate: $50.00 to $55.51 per hourRequisition ID: 37196800
