Full Time Professional 4966-68 GLENWAY AVENUE, Cincinnati, OH, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1698 Salary Range: $45,760.00 To $54,080.00 Annually Position Summary and Expected OutcomesPerforms a range of technical and administrative duties for the program to ensure accuracy and compliance. Position DescriptionResponsible for data entry and databases for department ensuring accuracy and integrity of data entered; entering client information into the appropriate system and maintaining databases Conduct audits of client and/or customer electronic files to ensure compliance with funder and agency requirements Support partner agency staff to ensure data correction processes are followed and completed Analyze system data to identify system errors, ensure proper revenue recognition and accurate billings to third party payers Identify inaccuracies or abnormalities and report them to management Complete reports for stakeholders per contract guidelines, to support evaluation and other requests as needed Ensure invoices are appropriate for final approval Provide input for data quality improvement processes Coordinate special projects as requested in support of program goals Actively participate and serve as an agency ambassador during public activities and events Other duties as assigned General Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to learn client related principles, healthcare or housing management and reimbursement Ability to work independently and with limited supervision Strong attention to detail with ability to manage competing and time-sensitive priorities Collaborative team-oriented approach with willingness to support broader organizational needs Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills Receptive to feedback and responsive to coaching and direction Effective written and verbal communication skills Program Specific Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesUnderstanding of data tracking and reconciliation Knowledge of quality improvement practices Knowledge of legal, regulatory and compliance requirements Proficient knowledge of computer-based work applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, EHR and other participant tracking platforms and tracking/reporting databases). Work Location: Glenway/HCAN Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance Essential Functions/Physical DemandsPositional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned.
