ME Law Professional Corporation is a Toronto-based litigation firm specializing in estate, real estate, and corporate/commercial disputes. Our practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters.We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our growing practice. This role is suited for a lawyer with strong civil litigation experience who is comfortable managing complex matters, supervising junior lawyers, and contributing to the continued development of the firm's litigation practice.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex civil litigation files from commencement through resolutionProvide strategic guidance on litigation matters and case strategySupervise and mentor junior and intermediate associate lawyersReview pleadings, motions, and other litigation materials prepared by associatesRepresent clients in motions, hearings, and court proceedingsMaintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on litigation mattersCollaborate with firm leadership on practice development and client service initiativesQualificationsMember in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario5–10+ years of civil litigation experience at a law firmStrong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Ontario court processesExperience managing complex litigation files and supervising junior lawyersStrong advocacy, drafting, and analytical skillsExperience in real estate, estate, or corporate/commercial litigation is considered an asset.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $120,000 – $200,000, depending on experiencePerformance-based compensation opportunitiesProfessional and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional development within an established and sophisticated litigation practiceLocation: Toronto, ON (Yorkville) – OnsiteSchedule: Monday to FridayPlease apply with your CV and cover letter outlining your litigation experience.While we thank all applicants for their interest, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.J-18808-Ljbffr
